Shipping policy
Made For Home LLC ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, usually around holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
General Decor Items:
Lead times and transit times vary depending on product and location. Typically these items will ship in 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking and should expect your order to arrive in 5-8 business days. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after 48 hours of order receipt. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.

Artwork:
Most of our furniture and artwork, in addition to large lighting, rugs, and mirrors will be delivered third party by a delivery service provider. A majority of our artwork is custom and made-to-order. If the artwork is made-to-order, it will be noted in the product’s description. Please allow 6-8 weeks from our vendors for fulfillment and delivery, unless otherwise specified. Made-to-order artwork will incur a $99 flat-rate shipping fee. All other artwork will incur general shipping charges, and will ship within 5-7 days subject to availability. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for transit and delivery.
Lighting:
Most of our furniture and artwork, in addition to large lighting, rugs, and mirrors will be delivered third party by a delivery service provider. Most lighting, subject to availability, should ship between 2-3 weeks from the date of your order, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please allow another week for transit and delivery. All lighting incurs a 15% shipping fee.
Furniture:
Most of our furniture and artwork, in addition to large lighting, rugs, and mirrors will be delivered third party by a delivery service provider. If in stock, most pieces ship within 3-4 weeks of order receipt, unless otherwise specified. Custom pieces usually ship within 8-10 weeks unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for transit and delivery. All furniture orders will incur a 15% shipping fee.
Rugs:
Most rugs will ship within 2-3 days of order unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please allow an additional 2-7 days for delivery. Shipping fees for rugs vary and are based on the item’s size, weight, and delivery location.
Backordered Items:
If an item is backordered, the estimated date of restock will display in the item’s description. We are constantly working on updating our site to display the most accurate information regarding inventory levels and shipping timeframes. Estimated ship dates are subject to change as delays in production may occur. In these instances, our staff will inform you of any changes to your order. Please Note, a majority of furniture and artwork orders cannot be canceled due to a backorder as many of these items are custom and/or made-to-order. We do not have the ability to cancel a made-to-order or custom order once it has been processed.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
General Decor Damages
Please fully inspect your package at the time of delivery. If any items in your order appear to have been damaged during transit, please immediately photograph and report the damage to us at hello@hannessonhome.com within 48 hours of arrival so that we can file a report with the delivery company and get you a replacement as soon as possible. If the product appears to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please photograph the defects and email us at hello@hannessonhome.com so we can arrange a replacement. Please note, the claims process for general decor items takes 1-2 weeks to finalize and issue a replacement.
Furniture, Lighting, Rugs, and Artwork Damages
Once ready to be delivered, a representative from your local delivery agent will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece. If you have any questions about how your item will be shipped and delivered, please call us at (406) 272-1989 or email us at hello@hannessonhome.com. Please fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. If you are present at the time of delivery and your item(s) appear to have been severely damaged in transit, we encourage you to refuse the item. This eases the process of filling a claim with the fulfillment company. If you do not refuse the item upon arrival but it appears to have been damaged in transit, please photograph the damaged item and report the damage to us at hello@hannessonhome.com within 48 hours of arrival so that we can file a report and get you a replacement as soon as possible. If the product appears to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please photograph the defects and email us at hello@hannessonhome.com so we can arrange a replacement. Please note, the claims process for damaged furniture, lighting, rugs, and artwork takes 2-3 weeks to finalize and issue a replacement.
Any item that is refused at delivery due to non-damage or defect related feedback will be issued store credit as a refund less the original handling fee charges, a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs.
Local Pick-Up:
In-store pickup is available at our Billings, MT location for a majority of our items and is dependent upon stock availability. A majority of our furniture, rugs, lighting, and artwork are unavailable for local pickup as they ship from various warehouses across the country. If an item is unavailable at your selected store, please note the item must be removed in order to proceed with checkout for store pick up. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer store pick-up and online fulfillment in a single order. Should your order contain items such as large furniture pieces, artwork, rugs, or select lighting, please proceed with shipping as your delivery method.
Alaska & Hawaii:
At this time we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience.
International Shipping:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the U.S. territories or foreign countries at this time. Made For Home LLC is not responsible for any damaged pieces that are shipped through a forward shipping company and any initial and/or return shipping costs associated with a general return.
